Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Increased 1.8 Al molar ratio in planetary ball mill produces MAX phase with minimal impurities. • Transmission mode XRD allows to accurately calculate MXene lattice parameters and detects impurities. • Thermogravimetric studies show similar oxidation onsets around 460 °C for all MXenes. • In situ TEM heating reveals single MXene flake oxidation between 350 °C–420 °C.
