• Integrated wall-climbing robot for on-site concrete crack inspection and repair. • Negative-pressure adhesion platform combines perception, task generation, and sealing. • Lightweight HrSegNet-B32-AD enables real-time onboard crack segmentation. • Pixel-wise crack masks support width measurement and automated repair paths. • Full-scale wall tests show 98.6% repair coverage and 1.4% underfill rate.
