• Proposing inter-reflection error correction method without additional patterns or hardware. • Analyzing the influence of inter-reflection error on fringe projection profilometry • Formulating the optimal objective function for inter-reflection error correction in the form of complex modulation-phase representation. • Constructing phase-difference look-up-table to optimize this objective function and obtain the phase free from inter-reflection error.
