Interface filtering structural optimization for two-fluid heat exchanger
DOI:10.1016/j.cma.2026.118818.png)
Abstract
En 中文
• Parameter-free interface movement in IFSO for multiphysics. • Dual filtering with two-step projection ensures minimum thickness control. • Unified interpolation couples fluid, solid, and thermal transport in one field. • Applied to straight-pipe and Gyroid heat exchanger configurations. • Up to 50% heat transfer and 123% power density improvement.
