This letter investigates interference resulting from the overlap of coverage zones in multi-cell integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) scenarios. To mitigate this challenge, we formulate an optimization problem and leverage semidefinite relaxation (SDR) techniques to suppress inter-cell interference between communication and sensing. Building upon this foundation, we apply a search algorithm utilizing Gaussian randomization to attain the three-dimensional multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) precoding. This approach efficiently constructs precoding matrices for wireless fading environments characterized by multiple users and targets. Notably, the simulation demonstrates that this approach progressively converges towards the optimal solution as the number of users increases, resulting in a significant improvement of detection probability and concurrent reductions in both bit error rate and range sensing error.
