Abstract
En 中文
• The micellized methylene-blue (MB) nanocomplex (MBSD) boosts nasal uptake, yielding a 2.8-fold increase in singlet‑oxygen generation. • Red-light MBSD-PDI potently inhibits six RNA & DNA respiratory viruses. • Single intranasal MBSD-PDI cuts lung IAV burden and rescues mice from lethal influenza infection. • Repeated nasal applications trigger no mucosal toxicity or inflammation in vivo. • Clinic-ready excipients enable self-applied, broad-spectrum photodynamic prophylaxis.
