• Calculations of various cosmological parameters through LQC based framework. • Transition from decelerated to accelerated expansion would occur at redshift 0.6. • Analysis of cosmological parameters, favors the phantom type dark energy domination. • In LQC, coincidence problem can be alleviated like Λ CDM and Scalar–Tensor models. • Thermodynamic stability analysis predict the uncontrollable growth of dark energy.
