Abstract
En 中文
• Ca2+-mediated assembly enables topological optimization of graphene frameworks. • Fused vertical skeletons establish continuous through-plane phonon pathways. • High thermal conductivity (5.91 W m−1 K−1) achieved at only 2.5 wt% filler loading. • GFF2/PDMS TIMs yield a massive 66.5 °C temperature drop for chip cooling.
