• A “Knowledge Sensing-Dynamic Response-Decision Generation” architecture is built, breaking static optimization limitations. • A Bi-LSTM-based bidirectional uncertainty propagation model is proposed to address multi-source perturbation coupling issues. • An improved DMPSO with knowledge embedding is designed to balance real-time performance and diversity of Pareto solutions.
