Abstract

• Amino-acid-mediated molecular regulation is first introduced into conductive textile/LDH microwave absorber design. • L-lysine regulates NiCo-LDH nucleation and vertical nanoarray growth on flexible carbon cloth. • The optimized nanoarray architecture balances dielectric attenuation and impedance matching. • 1.0Lys achieves an RLmin of −25.0 dB at 1.00 mm and a 4.24 GHz EAB at an ultrathin thickness of 1.09 mm. • RCS simulations confirm high-frequency scattering suppression at multiple observation angles.
