Abstract

• We propose an intelligent method for determining motion parameter values (MPV) that adaptively obtains high accuracy MPV and correct surface reconstruction errors caused by MPV inaccuracies in shift-rotation absolute surface testing. • Based on the parametric optimization framework, well-suited objective function, optimization variables and optimization algorithm are adopted. • Compared with existing methods, the proposed method offers advantages of being low-cost, label-free, efficient, and highly versatile.
