Abstract

• A multi-scale phase-based motion (M−PME) algorithm is proposed. • A multi-scale motion search strategy from coarse to fine is proposed to avoid phase unwrapping. • The linear phase extraction based on confidence value has been designed. • The proposed M−PME algorithm can effectively identify large amplitude motion in non-rotational and rotational motion.
