Location estimation of Wireless Sensor Node is one of the important problems in different IoT based application area. The main challenges of the problem are accuracy of the solution should be high and cost of the solution should be less. In this paper we have proposed an efficient low-cost localization algorithm which will estimate the location of Wireless Sensor Network node with higher accuracy than the existing protocols. The error correction mechanism of M-MEMHS algorithm has some limitation as it does not consider the angular displacements of node due to the error factor. We have addressed the limitation of the M-MEMHS algorithm. We establish the relation between the erroneous angle and the hop count. Based on established relation we have modified the M-MEMHS algorithm. Simulation results demand that better solution is obtained for estimating more accurate error free location information.
