Leadless pacing: Technology, techniques, and emerging options
DOI:10.1016/j.pcad.2025.07.002.png)
Abstract
En 中文
• Leadless pacemakers reduce complications compared to traditional transvenous pacemakers due to lower rates of lead and pocket related complications, device infections and need for re-intervention. • While the rate of perforation with Leadless pacemakers is decreasing, it remains a concern due to the severity of perforation that could occur during implantation. • End-of-battery-life management of leadless pacemakers is complex with no established guidelines. The complexity increases with dual-chamber devices that have variable battery longevity. Improvement in battery longevity and rechargeable devices are advances to look forward to in the future.
