• A novel RGB-Infrared object detection method is proposed. • Proxy tokens are employed for cross-modality feature interaction. • The mixture of knowledge decoupled experts achieves dual-modality feature fusion. • Demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method on 4 datasets.
