Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• 31fI33T, 29fVS95 and 28fT52 isolates are proposed as novel species of Legionella. • Strain 31fI33T is designated as the type strain of Legionella petroniana sp. nov. • Isolates were recovered from a company and two Italian hospitals. • Closest related species based on WGS is L. feeleii (ANI: 94.06%, dDDH: ≤54.9%). • Genomic and phenotypic data support a novel Legionella species designation.
