• Hollow CN@NF/FNS composite with dual heterointerfaces is synthesized by facile etching modification sulfidation. • Heterointerface, hollow conductive network synergy optimizes impedance matching and enhances EMW dissipation. • DFT reveals interfacial charge transfer and polarization, clarifying electronic-level structure property relationships.
