• A hierarchical LLM-guided hybrid meta-optimization framework is developed for adaptive voltage regulation. • Hybrid MASAC-MATD3 with gated fusion and bidirectional distillation improves coordinated control robustness. • The proposed method achieves 33% higher return and reduces voltage/SoC fluctuations by 28.1%/31.1%.
