• Anti–receptor-binding domain IgG titers and adverse reactions to vaccination were investigated across successive boosters. • XBB.1.5 and JN.1 boosters raised target-strain IgG more than wild-type (WT) IgG. • The XBB.1.5/WT IgG ratio, reflecting variant-specific responses, remained elevated up to 350 days post-XBB.1.5 booster. • Local reaction frequency and severity remained stable across doses, whereas those of systemic reactions declined. • Fever was associated with higher IgG titers at several, but not all, vaccination time points.
