Abstract

• Five wt% CAP increased PBS elongation at break from 14.5% to 213.4%. • CAP retarded nonisothermal crystallization and reduced crystal perfection. • Low CAP loading generated a fine morphology with effective stress transfer. • Toughening involved shear yielding, fibrillation, and interfacial debonding.
