Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Variability in the fatigue of Ti6Al4V produced by Laser Powder Bed Fusion was evaluated. • Intra-build variability was most important to the fatigue life and contributing defects. • Low temperature high pressure hot isostatic pressing substantially reduced variability. • Radial root cause diagrams provide an effective means to understand root cause defects.
