Abstract
En 中文
• The abundance of MDK and NCL expression was significantly upregulated in chronic pancreatitis. • MDK knockdown in PSCs suppresses PSC activation and fibrosis, and reduces mast cell activation, proliferation and degranulation. • Neutralization of NCL blocks PSC-induced mast cell activation in co-culture systems. • In vivo knockdown of MDK or NCL alleviates pancreatic damage, fibrosis and immune cell infiltration in CP mice.
