• Electrospun artificial lymphatic vessels for functional lymphedema therapy. • Micropatterned PCL/HA fibrous vessel for effective lymphatic drainage. • HA activates AKT-sensitive and YAP-associated response in LEC. • Scaffold topography regulates LEC mechanotransduction and lymphangiogenesis. • Implantation restores lymphatic drainage and reduces edema in vivo.
