Abstract
En 中文
• Serum melatonin levels were decreased in patients with preeclampsia. • Melatonin was demonstrated to ameliorate oxidative stress-induced dysfunction of HUVECs. • Melatonin significantly enhanced HUVEC function by upregulating SIRT7 expression and was associated with the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.
