Abstract

Abstract

Key findings. • The GIN-McMaster Guideline Development Checklist (GDC) is seldomly used by developers of out-of-hospital health guidelines. • The methods currently used by these guideline developers aligned closely with guidance within GDC for topic 13: ‘developing recommendations and determining their strength’. • Conversely, low compliance was identified regarding topics 16: ‘dissemination and implementation’ and 17: ‘evaluation and use’.
