Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• The authors designed a mitochondrial-targeted cerium dioxide nanozyme (named TC), which can deliver the cerium dioxide nanozymes to the mitochondria of macrophages at inflamed sites, thereby enhancing mitochondrial drug delivery efficiency. • The TC exhibited potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, significantly reducing the expression levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and pro-inflammatory cytokines. • The TC ameliorated pulmonary oxidative stress, attenuate inflammatory responses, and mitigate lung tissue damage in acute lung injury.
