Abstract

• The combination of PlGF, PAPP-A, and maternal factors enables prediction of early onset and preterm preeclampsia with low false-positive rate. • At 20% false-positive rate, 80% early-onset, 68% preterm, and 58% term preeclampsia cases can be predicted. • These findings support expanding multiple marker prenatal screening to incorporate preeclampsia risk prediction.
