• Wound preparation and debridement: The wound was thoroughly disinfected, debrided, and all necrotic and infected tissue was removed to establish a clean wound bed. • Negative pressure device assembly and application: A nano-silver antimicrobial dressing was trimmed to fit the wound size, wrapped around a suction catheter with pre-made side holes, and placed onto the wound bed. The assembly was then sealed with a semi-permeable film dressing to ensure airtightness, and negative pressure (125∼450 mmHg) was applied until visible collapse of the dressing was observed. • Therapy maintenance and management: Continuous negative pressure therapy was maintained for 5∼7 days, with monitoring of dressing integrity and drainage. The drainage canister was replaced when two-thirds full, dressings were changed every 4∼7 days, and wound healing progress was measured and documented at each change.
