Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a leading cause of respiratory illness in young children. The COVID-19 pandemic profoundly altered RSV circulation, yet the regional molecular and structural characteristics of circulating RSV strains in Taiwan during this period remain incompletely characterized.
