Abstract
En 中文
• Homologue of IL-1β was identified from red drum, Sciaenops ocellatus. • SoIL-1β and SoIL-1RI were upregulated after Gram-negative bacteria infection both in vitro and in vivo. • SoIL-1β could activate the NF-κB signaling pathway. • SoIL-1β was participated in regulating the antibacterial immune response.
