• A novel POMs porphyrin based MnTP@ꭓCoAdMOF was successfully designed via covalent integration strategy. • Synergistic interaction between POMs and porphyrin improves charge transfer and catalytic efficiency. • MnTP@ꭓCoAdMOF demonstrates dual functionality for both photocatalytic and electrocatalytic CO2 reduction. • Superior stability and reusability confirmed through chronoamperometry and regeneration studies.
