• We proposed a Multi-Scale Spatio-Temporal model that combines spatial and temporal to extract sEMG information across multiple scales. • We evaluated the model in three scenarios: intra-subject and inter-speed, intra-subject and intra-speed, and inter-subject and speed. • A method combining the GHM with VMD is proposed to improve continue motion prediction in inter-subject scenarios. • Our model also obtains the best results on the open dataset.
