• Novel PMGRA soil-gas survey: rapid, portable, cost-effective for regional reconnaissance & drill targeting. • H2S, SO2, CS2, & H2 detect concealed polymetallic sulfide deposits at 200-300 m depth. • CO2 is primarily associated with ore-bearing structures. • Anomaly shape controlled by ore dip: steeply dipping .→ narrow halos; gently dipping → broad.
