• A multifidelity-Kriging method based on active and ensemble learning are developed. • Position and fidelity of next sample are determined by the comprehensive function. • Double stability termination criterion balances the accuracy and efficiency. • Learning functions and three fidelity-connecting factors are extracted. • Results of five numerical examples & two application cases show superior performance.
