Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A three-stage warming of below-ground temperature (BGT) with post-1984 acceleration. • Winter (DJF) is the most sensitive season for BGT warming. • BGT anomalies with heterogeneity are largest over 60°N. • From historical to SSP5‑8.5, cold extremes +3.7 °C, warm extremes triple (4.78→15.45 °C). • Deep zero-flux boundaries reduce MMEM-related artifacts in MMEM BGT.
