• Developed a precise parasitic capacitance model with <3.5% error, enhancing ECDS design accuracy. • Built an integrated model of inductance, capacitance, and coupling to optimize sensor performance. • Applied NSGA-II for multi-objective optimization, achieving 0.045% detection signal linearity. • Validated design via experiments, reaching 78.40 mV/mm sensitivity and 0.032% RMSE stability.
