Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• An assembly shop scheduling problem is proposed that combines hybrid flow shop scheduling problem and the worker allocation problem. • A comprehensive set of human factors, including workers’ skill proficiency, fatigue levels, interpersonal dynamics, and work experience, is incorporated into the assembly scheduling framework. • An integer programming model is established with the optimization objectives of makespan, transport time, total waiting time and imbalance degree of team workload. • An improved NSGA-II that improved the evolution process and initial population by a destruction-reconstruction strategy is proposed.
