• Sb3+/Ln3+ co-doped Rb3InCl6 NCs are synthesized with uniform size. • Rb3InCl6: Sb3+ NCs exhibit intense cyan emission with a PLQY of 88.6%. • Multi-wavelength NIR-II luminescence of Ln3+ is achieved via Sb3+ sensitization. • A PLQY of 7.1% is obtained for NIR-II emission of Er3+ under NUV excitation. • A strategy of s- and f-electron ions co-doping is proposed to achieve efficient NIR-II luminescence.
