• Efficient vertex-patch smoothers on divergence-conforming discretizations with interior penalty. • Matrix-free implementation with optimal Conflict-Free shared memory access pattern. • Operator application reaches up to 4 TFLOPS/s, 40% of system’s peak performance. • Fast diagonalization method for the efficient evaluation of the local solver. • Mixed precision approach with reduced runtime and same level of accuracy.
