Abstract
En 中文
• A rare tufted strawberry variant (F. nilgerrensis) exhibits a unique “high-tillering, low-runnering” reproductive strategy. • Sustained high expression of DELLA blocks GA signaling despite elevated bioactive GA levels, explaining runner suppression. • Transcriptional modules linked to GA metabolism undergo dynamic reprogramming between runner initiation and cessation stages. • De novo chromosome-level genome assembly reveals recent divergence (∼1.9 Mya) from the normal progenitor.
