Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Introduction of Voronoi-based porous polycrystalline structure to characterize the microstructure of porous SiC. • Propose a multiscale fracture analysis approach combining MD and CZM for predicting crack propagation behavior. • The micro-defect, uniform pore distribution, and porosity play a critical role in the crack propagation path and macroscopic fracture toughness.
