• A multiscale IGA framework coupling Mori-Tanaka with IHSDT is developed for porous particulate composites. • Shape-thickness interaction mechanism: penny-shaped pores dominate degradation, cylindrical pores govern softening. • Stiffness saturates at filler/matrix ratio 20; reinforcing efficiency gradually falls beyond this threshold. • 30% filler compensates stiffness loss from 20% porosity; compliant boundaries raise structural sensitivity to pores.
