• Lawsone shows strong binding affinity to NF-κB, c-JNK, AChE, BuChE, and TNF-α • Improves spatial memory in Morris water maze and Y-maze tests • Reduces oxidative stress and neuroinflammation in brain tissue • H&E and Congo red staining reveals reduced neuronal damage and amyloid load. • Down regulates APP, Aβ1-42, Tau, NF-κB, c-JNK, and TNF-α expression • Suppresses Aβ and Tau pathology and preserves neuronal integrity • Lawsone targets amyloidogenic, tauopathic, and inflammatory pathways • Demonstrates potential as a multitarget therapeutic candidate for AD
