Rare cancers remain underserved by precision oncology, in part because many oncogenic variants lack matched therapies despite a growing arsenal of targeted drugs. We propose that systematic, variant-level pharmacological mapping of approved kinase inhibitors can transform this gap into an opportunity for scalable drug repurposing.
