Abstract

Miniature power source technology has a wide variety of potential applications oil miniature active devices. In this research, Li-Ion is selected by comparing its properties with other rechargeable batteries and a simulation model is proposed fir Li-Ion nanobattery. Inside tire miniaturized battery, anode is a multiwalled carbon nanotube array electrode which exhibits high current density due to its broad surface area and its structured electrode configuration. Tire cathode is selected as LiMn2O4 spinel oxide and nanoporous dielectric membranes made from anodically oxidized aluminum foil are selected for storing mixture of get electrolyte. Ni is used as a suitable cut-rent collector for the proposed battery. Tire separator and electrolyte. container is justified to reduce formation of dendrites and to raise electrode-electrolyte compatibility. Mathematical modeling is constructed in terms of battery mechanisms. Numerous simulations on tire performance characteristics have been carried out based oil the identified moded. These results are analyzed and inferences have been derived oil behaviors of tire simulated nanobattery, most of which are conducted for comparisons of the physical properties. Tire scaling law is their used to scale down all input parameters to nalloscale. Via this principle, all input parameters at nanoscale are obtained. It is inferred that discharge time increases for a particular current density with the decrease in dimension. Tire little of discharge against thickness plot reveals lite satire situation. By application of scaling law, values of all relevant parameters at nanoscale are obtained from actual values at the macro, scale. In simulations, tire satire mathematical model is assumed and values are scaled down to nanoscale.
