Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• In the current work, the conductive Ni MOF has been successfully synthesized using a facile one-step hydrothermal method. • Ni MOF/NF exhibits exceptional analytical performance in detecting low concentrations of insulin including wide linear range of detection (0 µM –20 μM), good sensitivity (221.3 nA μM-1cm-2). Ni MOF/NF shows a fast response time of 0.4 s and a very low detection limit of 44.7 nM quite comparable with the previously reported works on insulin detection. • The focus is towards the technology that allows for insulin testing using disposable test strips just like glucose measurement using glucometer for Point-of-Care applications.
