Abstract
En 中文
• N-DLC films enhance HNBR tribological stability in simulated seawater. • Nitrogen doping mediates carbon network restructuring and sp3 to sp2 conversion. • The optimized film shows excellent tribological performance in simulated seawater. • Moderate N‑doping suppresses sliding‑induced crack initiation via higher toughness and lower residual stress.
