Abstract
En 中文
• A tool with five pin designs is proposed to enhance interlayer bonding. • A 3D CFD model is developed to study interlayer mixing, material flow, and thermal distribution. • Results show strong interlayer bonding with triangular pin. • The finding provides insight into the effect of pin designs on interlayer bonding. • Improving the anisotropic behaviour of the printed component for high-tech applications.
