Abstract
En 中文
• Sarcoid uveitis is a heterogeneous condition, requiring a careful and systematic diagnostic approach. • Current classification criteria improve diagnostic standardization but have important limitations (limited integration of systemic involvement, lack of therapeutic guidance). • Management relies on a stepwise strategy combining corticosteroids, conventional immunosuppressive agents, or biologics. • Emerging therapies targeting specific immune pathways, including IL-6 and JAK-STAT signaling, are reshaping the treatment landscape.
