There is growing interest in the development of cooperation between universities and high schools. With respect to the chemical education, such a cooperation can be carried out in various ways, e.g., through the use of experiments designed for undergraduates, in the form of high school laboratory courses, or several-day specialized workshops. The workshops reported in this paper consisted of three different experiments, namely, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance, electron ionization-mass spectrometry, and liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. The main goal of the workshops was to increase interest in chemical science among high school students by familiarizing them with instrumental methods. At the end of each class, the instructor asked a few questions that the students volunteered to answer. It may be concluded that the main goal of the workshops seems to have been achieved. Therefore, the performed instrumental workshops were found to be suitable for increasing interest in chemical science in high school students in a relatively simple way and a short time.
